Who we are – and what we are not

We are a public limited company based in Zug, Switzerland, operating as an investment holding company within an international trust and investment structure. Our role is not in day-to-day operations, but rather in the legal and strategic management of selected project companies (SPVs), platform investments, and structured capital vehicles.

 

We don't see ourselves as developers, brokers, or service providers. Rather, we act as a structuring entity – with the goal of preserving and further developing substantial assets over the long term, and managing them in accordance with fiduciary objectives.

 

Structured value creation

Our core function is to invest in real estate-related corporate entities with clear governance structures and sustainable development potential. As a holding company, we support:

 

• the establishment, financing and management of SPVs in the DACH region and selected European markets

• the structuring of cross-border investments and capital flows

• ensuring transparency, legal compliance and owner protection

• safeguarding the interests of family offices, institutional partners and trust structures

 

From our location in Zug, we support project developments and investments with an international focus and long-term perspective.

 

Participation approach

We are selectively open to new investments, joint ventures, or cooperation models, particularly where our structuring expertise and our locational advantage in Switzerland can contribute to sustainable added value. Our focus is on real estate, company shares, or existing platforms with substance, scaling potential, and legal clarity.
